Wave is hiring an IT Operations Associate to support office IT infrastructure in Mali. The role covers internet uptime, network and systems setup, employee hardware/software support, ticket troubleshooting, SMPP and SIP telephony reliability, vendor and telecom partner coordination, SIM fleet and billing management, SQL reporting, server support, onboarding, user training, documentation, and IT project coordination. It is a six-month fixed-term contract requiring work authorization in Mali, a bachelor's degree in a relevant ICT or engineering field, and at least three years of IT or network support desk experience.
