Description
The IT Support Officer will coordinate and guide information technology maintenance and support activities in Monrovia, reporting to the Business Transformation Officer. Responsibilities include hardware and network maintenance, reliability monitoring, user support, technical training, application implementation support, documentation, telecommunications coordination, process improvement, and emergency response. The role requires secondary school completion, a post-secondary certificate in a related functional area, at least six years of progressively responsible experience in the relevant business stream, and fluency in the UN language used at the duty station and the local language.
