Description
Conduent is hiring a L1 Monitoring Analyst to support and monitor US healthcare payer, provider, and PBM applications. The role performs first-line incident logging, triage, prioritization, tracking, and escalation; monitors application and performance alerts; collects customer data for reports and dashboards; supports L2 events; and prepares shift handovers. It requires 1–3 years of production support experience, a graduate degree and relevant expertise, knowledge of US healthcare workflows, familiarity with IWA, UC4, AppDynamics, and ServiceNow, strong communication skills, and availability for 24/7/365 rotating shifts and holidays.
