Description
The IT Operations Lead will oversee IT infrastructure and service delivery for approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office in Wilanow, Warsaw. The role manages Azure and on-premises infrastructure, incident, problem, change, configuration, and asset management, vendor relationships, procurement, budgets, security, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Candidates need at least three years of relevant IT operations or infrastructure experience, practical outsourced-service experience, ITIL knowledge, Azure familiarity, and fluent Polish and English.
