Description
The IT Operations Engineer will plan and coordinate changes, releases, rollouts, and go-lives; manage CI/CD deployment and go-live processes; handle service requests, incidents, and problems; support second- and third-level support; optimize change-management processes; collect metrics and reports; and collaborate with agile development and operations teams. The role requires several years of IT change or release management experience, strong ITIL and agile knowledge, CI/CD and deployment experience, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, and excellent German and English skills. It is project-based employment for a client in Frankfurt am Main.
