Description
Jane Street is hiring an IT Operations Engineering Intern to work full time alongside full-time employees and receive training in desktop engineering, network support, Windows and Linux systems, domain infrastructure, monitoring, and PowerShell-based optimization. The intern will respond to technology support requests, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktop, server, and network levels, build and configure devices, and develop technical documentation. The role is collaborative, hands-on, and designed to provide an introduction to the company’s technology operations and problem-solving approach.
