Description
oneZero is hiring a full-time, mid-level IT Operations Engineer for its Canberra office. The role manages end-user systems and production infrastructure, including 24x7 monitoring, incident response, security patching, backups, maintenance, service requests, and onboarding and offboarding. The engineer must work independently in a high-availability financial-services environment, participate in an on-call rotation, and coordinate with development and security teams. The position requires at least three years of IT operations or technical support experience, along with Windows and Linux, virtualization, networking, monitoring, ITSM, Active Directory, Office 365, and backup and disaster recovery knowledge.
