The IT Operations Engineer will support employees across multiple international locations, with regular on-site presence in Bratislava. The role covers remote and on-site IT support, onboarding and offboarding, macOS workstation configuration, identity and access management, IT asset management, hardware, software and network troubleshooting, and administration of Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, and cloud environments. The employer seeks a technically curious, proactive, and ownership-driven candidate, with networking, identity management, collaboration-platform, ticketing, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation experience preferred.
