Description
The employer is seeking a .NET full-stack production support specialist for its Treasury applications team. The role provides production support for .NET web applications, resolves application and batch issues, performs root-cause analysis and test runs, supports incident and major incident management, coordinates with application and interface teams, performs minor enhancements and DR activities, and contributes to process improvements. The position requires 4–6 years of .NET production support experience, knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, databases, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, and the ability to work in US EST and LATAM shifts.
