Shell is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to support, operate, and improve AVEVA PI System services across the Asia-Pacific region. The role combines production platform monitoring, incident and stakeholder management, troubleshooting, service recovery, automation, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting AVEVA PI System in a production environment, along with strong analytical, communication, ITIL, and operational governance skills. The position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of remote or mobile working.
