Description
The IT Operations role supports production excellence in an Agile and DevOps environment by ensuring production readiness, environment stability, security, deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability. The role contributes to technical solutions, infrastructure and security requirements, automation, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with development, application production support, and other stakeholders. It requires at least two years of IT Operations or similar experience, knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity, and proficiency with DevOps tools, monitoring platforms, containerization technologies, and English.
