Description
The IT Operations Manager will oversee daily IT operations for approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary, manage Azure and on-premises infrastructure, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and improve incident, problem, change, configuration, asset, service, security, procurement, and business continuity processes. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office in Wilanow, Warsaw, and requires at least three years of relevant experience, practical outsourced-service experience, ITIL knowledge, Azure familiarity, and fluent Polish and English.
