KoBold Metals is hiring a full-time, exempt IT Operations Manager to lead and scale global IT operations for a distributed workforce of geoscientists, data scientists, and engineers. The role centers on endpoint management, zero-touch provisioning, automation, identity and access administration, software procurement and renewals, vendor management, employee lifecycle support, and team leadership across remote field sites and offices in the United States and Canada. The position is remote-first, requires strong hands-on experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Okta, scripting, and IT automation, and offers a US salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 plus equity and benefits.
