Bot Auto is hiring an IT Operations Manager to manage enterprise infrastructure across offices, data centers, endpoints, and SaaS applications, with supporting involvement in autonomous trucking operations. The role leads a small IT team while remaining an active individual contributor, overseeing infrastructure reliability, identity and access management, workflow automation, MDM, security compliance, virtualization, storage, and ITSM improvements. Candidates need at least five years of IT operations experience, including two years leading or mentoring a team, along with hands-on experience in enterprise identity providers, SaaS management, scripting and automation, MDM, virtualization, and storage systems.
