Description
The IT Operations Manager will lead IT Support, the Data Team, Functional Application Management, and external IT suppliers in a fast-growing organization. The role oversees incidents, SLAs, capacity, service quality, application continuity, supplier performance and costs, IT process improvement, information security, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. It requires an HBO/WO-level background, several years of comparable IT management experience, ITIL and service-management knowledge, supplier and SLA experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is based in Rotterdam and offers 24–40 hours per month at €5,500–€6,500 gross per month.
