Description
Gridsight is hiring an IT Operations Manager to own end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, employee access and device management, developer tooling, security compliance, and audit readiness. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role will build scalable processes, maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance, lead ISO 27001 certification, and support the employee experience. The position is fully remote, hybrid, or in-office, with Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Hobart workspaces available.
