HelloConnect is hiring an IT Operations Manager to lead IT services expansion in Manila, manage a multi-tiered L1–L3 support team, oversee network and endpoint infrastructure, enforce PEZA regulatory compliance, and lead security, business continuity, vendor, project, and stakeholder activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, at least five years of IT infrastructure or support experience, and at least three years of supervisory or management experience in global organizations. It is fully onsite in Inoza Tower, BGC, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Manila time, and includes medical coverage, leave benefits, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
