Description

Indeed Flex is hiring an IT Operations Manager to lead a lean IT team within Risk and Compliance and provide strategic oversight of technology across the UK and US. The role manages analysts, sets IT priorities and roadmaps, oversees support services and project delivery, owns vendor procurement, maintains security and compliance controls, manages the IT estate and parent-company relationship, and controls budget and governance. It is an in-office role five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays, with a salary of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum plus benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Line management of an IT team, including performance management, coaching, and building coverage across a small team
Setting priorities, roadmaps, or an operating model for a small IT team
Planning and managing a portfolio of IT projects, including scope, timescales, risk, dependencies, and delivery accountability
Owning vendor procurement and risk-assessment outcomes, including stakeholder management, contracts or renewals, and working with legal and procurement
Working knowledge of IT security and compliance programmes, including SOC 2, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and GDPR, with experience accountable for controls or audit outcomes
Owning SLAs and KPIs for an IT support function and using those measures to improve the service
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Salesforce, Windows and Mac OS, and identity/endpoint environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, and reporting to leadership
