Description
Prime Data Centers is hiring an experienced, player-coach IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across a corporate office and growing data center portfolio. The role reports to the VP of IT & Cybersecurity, manages systems, network, and helpdesk teams, owns service delivery and infrastructure health, and remains hands-on with server, virtualization, backup, networking, monitoring, security, compliance, vendor, and budget activities. The manager will travel 30–40% to lead IT deployments and commissioning at new data center sites. The position offers a $110,000–$130,000 annual salary plus a performance bonus, fully employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums, retirement matching, paid time off, and sick time.
