SPT Labtech is hiring an IT Operations Manager to own day-to-day IT operations across the United Kingdom and United States. Reporting to the IT Director, the role leads a three-person distributed team and oversees helpdesk/service desk operations, IT asset and user lifecycle management, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, infrastructure support, security operations, access management, documentation, procurement, SLAs, and operational reporting. The position is based in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, with regular collaboration across sites and time zones.
