This role involves blending operational leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on driving delivery of CMMC Level 2 deployment, modernizing legacy infrastructure, supporting ERP customization, ensuring enterprise connectivity, building layered security, administering Microsoft 365, and providing hands-on user support. The manager will contribute to IT strategy, collaborate with senior leadership, establish governance, and implement robust cybersecurity measures while fostering a customer-driven mindset.
