Description
Aqueduct Technologies is hiring an IT Operations Manager, Internal Technology to own the day-to-day delivery of internal IT services for its employees. Reporting to the SVP of Service Delivery, the role provides employee technology support, manages endpoints and IT assets, administers Microsoft 365 and core business systems, coordinates vendors, and drives process improvements and technology adoption. It is a hybrid position based in Aqueduct’s headquarters in Canton, Massachusetts, with an expectation of onsite work approximately two to three days per week. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of progressive enterprise IT experience, with a base salary of $110,000–$130,000 and no visa sponsorship.
