The role covers onboarding, service desk and event support, device and hardware inventory, network and security administration, AV and digital signage, local IT projects, vendor coordination, budget support, and maintenance of UK IT infrastructure. The position requires IT education or equivalent experience, AV and digital signage expertise, project management knowledge, strong communication, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and security services.
