IT Operations Specialist at Atoms

Atoms is hiring an IT Operations/Support Specialist for its São Paulo office. The role represents IT for the local office, manages first-level service requests, procures and administers workstations, supports a global SaaS stack, handles Brazil-specific software and financial systems, implements security controls, and documents IT processes. The position requires Portuguese and English communication, 1–3 years of IT Operations or Support experience, networking and conferencing knowledge, and an interest in AI and prompt engineering; it is onsite five days per week.
