Clockwork is hiring a full-time, mid-level IT Operations Specialist to support its macOS-based IT environment. The role provides employee IT support, troubleshoots office networking and software issues, manages onboarding and offboarding, maintains IT assets through mobile device management, supports technology vendors, documents processes, and helps maintain security and privacy practices. The position requires macOS knowledge, basic IT operations and networking skills, strong troubleshooting and communication abilities, and some weekly on-site time in the Minneapolis office. Compensation is $50,000–$65,000 annually, with healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
