The role provides first-level support for tools such as Gmail and Slack, performs routine maintenance and testing, follows security standards, and escalates complex issues. It requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 3–4 years of IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration experience. Preferred qualifications include cloud platform experience, IT certifications, and SaaS administration exposure.
