Summit Technical is hiring an on-site IT Operations Specialist to manage, secure, monitor, report, and maintain the facility’s IT network, server infrastructure, LANs, fiber optic transport, voice, video, VTC, data systems, and radio communications. The role includes network and system administration, user-account support, troubleshooting, operational reporting, training, and compliance with safety protocols. Candidates need at least five years of IT or communications experience, expertise with Windows Server, Cisco and Juniper networking, security appliances, VoIP, video conferencing, satellite equipment, and hardware troubleshooting, plus an active CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within one year.
