Description
CACI is hiring a full-time IT Operations Specialist - Tier 3 to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s globally distributed IT services. The role provides Tier 3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, break/fix, patch management, capacity monitoring, testing, fielding, documentation, and continual service improvement across infrastructure, storage, virtualization, databases, and enterprise systems. It requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, applicable DOD 8140 certification, and extensive experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions. The position is contingent on award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services contract and offers a proposed salary range of $103,800 to $218,100.
