Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is hiring an ICT Operations Support Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the operational takeover and steady-state management of COMET, StellarNet, COMET Mobile, and related services. The role covers portfolio operations, funding and service management, Technical Service Manager continuity, device and entitlement operations, security controls, governance, documentation, and service improvements. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience with GovTech-related service models, WOG shared services, or vendor-managed ICT services, along with knowledge of ICT service delivery, asset and device lifecycle management, billing and subscription records, and stakeholder coordination.
