Description
Airwallex is hiring an IT Site Lead for its Singapore offices, serving as the primary onsite IT contact and regional IT support lead for Southeast Asia. The role owns Singapore site operations, provides escalated regional and onsite/remote technical support, manages hardware, macOS and Windows troubleshooting, AV and event support, onboarding and offboarding, vendors, logistics, documentation, and executive support. It requires strong English communication, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and site-management experience, with five days per week in the office.
