Description
Eccera is hiring Operations Technicians for current and upcoming consulting assignments. The role involves operating, maintaining, and administering IT environments; troubleshooting and incident management; installing, configuring, and updating systems; monitoring services; and documenting work. Candidates need at least five years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or similar technical work, knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, troubleshooting and incident-management experience, and good spoken and written Swedish. Virtualization, cloud services, networking, server administration, scripting, automation, relevant certifications, and a Category B driving licence are preferred.
