TMGM is hiring an IT Operations Technician to provide end-to-end technical support across the organization, including user account administration, troubleshooting access issues, maintaining systems and network security, documenting procedures and fixes, and evaluating new technologies to improve IT support processes. The role involves installing and configuring hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, supporting users with technical guidance and training, and conducting electrical safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with IT technician experience, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, knowledge of operating systems, office automation tools, and internet security/data privacy principles.
