Description
The IT Operations Technician supports Conestoga’s manufacturing operations by analyzing and troubleshooting devices, network connectivity, software, hardware, PLC-to-PC communications, and factory-floor machine PCs. The role includes installing and upgrading technology, providing user guidance, documenting fixes, coordinating with vendors, and participating in on-call and 24-hour technical support. It is based at the Beaver Springs, Pennsylvania facility and provides remote support to other locations, with occasional travel required.
