Description
The IT Operator supports customers in reliably installing, configuring, updating, and operating MACH software within their IT environments. The role combines hands-on technical administration, second-level application support, incident analysis, customer troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with development, consulting, and support teams. Candidates need a commercial or comparable qualification or relevant public-administration experience, software-support experience, strong process and business-context understanding, and C2 German; the position includes a six-week training program in Lübeck and offers remote work across Germany with limited customer-site travel.
