Description
The IT organization specialist will conceive and implement complex IT solutions, coordinate projects, optimize IT processes and infrastructure, and develop automation for incident and emergency management. The role also manages IT contracts and licenses, develops ITIL processes, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and controls service delivery with internal and external partners. The position requires a computer science or comparable technical qualification, initial professional experience in project leadership and information technology, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and fluent German and advanced English skills.
