Description
The role provides first-line operational support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and vendor coordination for manufacturing execution systems, data historians, serialization systems, and business applications in a cGMP environment. It also includes SDLC documentation, disaster recovery testing, application administration, project implementation support, and on-call duties. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, cGMP and MES/OSI-PI knowledge, process-data-interface expertise, PLC/SCADA and networking knowledge, cybersecurity awareness, Slovenian and English fluency, and the ability to handle pressure.
