E Tech Group is seeking an IT/OT Controls Engineer to lead Unified Namespace and IT/OT integration projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves defining architecture, developing software design specifications, building industrial data models, and implementing DataOps solutions using tools like HighByte, HiveMQ, and Ignition. The engineer will connect shop floor equipment to MES and enterprise systems via MQTT/Sparkplug B, OPC UA, REST, and vendor protocols, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, commissioning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
