Ekco is hiring an IT/OT Support Engineer to maintain and manage operational technology systems, virtual machines, user access, remote access, backups, and cybersecurity controls in a regulated environment. The role covers OTCS initiatives, secure segmentation, firewall lockdown rules, low-level designs, threat monitoring, business continuity planning, documentation, compliance, and training. Candidates need OT/IT support experience in regulated environments, CCNA certification, virtual machine and switch network knowledge, and familiarity with OT cybersecurity and backup procedures.
