Description
The IT Partner serves as a strategic liaison between operational departments and IT teams, translating business needs into technological solutions and improving IT service performance. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing innovation requests, identifying performance issues, managing IT dashboards, supporting IT governance and change adoption, collaborating with internal and external partners, conducting user audits, and acting as an IT ambassador. The role requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of IT services or consulting experience, knowledge of construction or engineering, project management and SharePoint proficiency, and French and English fluency. It can be performed 100% remotely from Ottawa, Montreal, Brossard, or Quebec City, with hybrid work also offered.
