Description
The role supports and controls production platforms by installing and configuring quality-assured IT applications, coordinating with stakeholders and the IT operations service provider, providing application and platform support, performing root-cause analysis, resolving technical issues, and communicating with product owners. It requires a completed university degree in computer science, at least one year of relevant professional experience, strong German language skills, and preferably experience with IT infrastructure, data lakes, containerization, virtualized environments, and information security.
