Description
The IT PMO owns the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing lifecycle of one or more core technology platforms supporting property management, asset management, leasing, and development operations. The role translates business needs into product requirements, manages backlogs and releases, oversees vendor relationships, tracks platform performance, leads user acceptance testing and change management, and serves as a subject matter expert. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of product management, business systems analysis, or platform ownership experience, and is 100% in-office with no visa sponsorship.
