Jabil is hiring an IT Process Engineer II to design, implement, and operate IT service-management processes using ITIL. The role leads change, configuration, incident, problem, service-level, software delivery, and test-lift activities; develops process tools, templates, metrics, training, and continuous-improvement initiatives; and coordinates with IT organizations and Jabil facilities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least two years of overall IT experience, with an office-based primary workstation and some manufacturing-floor time.
