The role translates business requirements into IT and process solutions, provides first-level incident support, coordinates with service providers and specialist departments, leads IT projects, manages IT partnerships across infrastructure, client, ERP, and data protection, and monitors IT performance and costs. Candidates should have a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of M365 environments, ideally with MS Azure experience.
