WIIT AG is hiring an IT Process Manager in Düsseldorf to coordinate and manage multiple concurrent IT projects, analyze and optimize IT processes, develop ITIL-oriented process standards, translate requirements into work packages, prioritize resources, monitor schedules and budgets, and mitigate project risks. The role requires a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, several years of IT project management or comparable coordinating experience, knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT service management, project management methods, strong communication skills, and very good German with good English. The position offers a salary of €70,000–€80,000 per year and requires willingness to travel.
