The role leads two employees in IT procurement for healthcare clients, analyzes IT spending, identifies savings across software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services, optimizes licenses and SaaS subscriptions, manages tenders and supplier contracts, and collaborates with management and procurement. It requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, experience in strategic procurement or related areas, and knowledge of contract management, tenders, negotiation, and IT cost structures.
