D-ploy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliminating and processing faults, acting as the primary point of contact for employee computer issues, monitoring desktop infrastructure performance, evaluating and developing solutions, implementing industry standards, resolving software and hardware issues, installing and configuring systems, providing client technology support, troubleshooting PC connectivity, implementing remote access solutions, communicating with customers, monitoring network performance, overseeing asset management, and training staff.
