Description
The IT Program Manager will oversee and deliver multiple IT projects and programs from initiation through completion, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, release deployments, and cross-functional teams. The role manages a delivery team, monitors progress and risks, maintains program documentation, and allocates resources while applying SDLC and Agile methodologies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IT project and program management experience, and strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
