Description

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee data engineering efforts and support an Intelligence Community customer. The role manages program plans, timelines, reporting, personnel oversight, service-level requirements, technical and computing needs, vendor coordination, and program artifacts. Candidates need an active TS/SCI with Poly, a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, experience with data security, strategic computing, disaster recovery, and program performance, and relevant program-management certifications.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: Experience serving as the primary point of contact for program technical, cost, and schedule performance matters
Experience meeting Service Level Agreement requirements
Experience mitigating service gaps caused by program personnel attrition or fluctuation
Experience overseeing daily program operations and personnel work
Experience ensuring complete and timely program performance and status reporting
Experience creating, maintaining, and validating programmatic and technical artifacts
Experience coordinating problem resolution, task scheduling, resource requirements, training, and task clarification
Experience assessing computing needs and system requirements with users, management, vendors, and technicians
Experience providing data security, strategic computing, and disaster recovery as defined by customer requirements
Experience ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and customer tasking is clear
Experience staying current on customer directives, regulations, policies, and technology advances
Preferred Qualifications: PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification
