J5 Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to support cyber operations programs by assisting with the deployment of technical operational capabilities and developing programmatic strategy for complex technical solutions. The role requires oversight of IT development teams, technical support and training, systems integration and engineering, and coordination between development teams and operational stakeholders.
