Description
The IT Program Manager will lead technology delivery programs focused on application development in a hybrid Charlotte, North Carolina role. Responsibilities include managing application development projects through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, overseeing SDLC and change management, coordinating with technology-platform teams, and providing executive-level stakeholder updates. The contract requires 5–8 years of Technical Program Manager experience, strong technology delivery and SDLC knowledge, Scrum experience, and change-management capability; RTE experience is preferred. Core technologies include ETL, database systems, data integration tools, and big data technologies.
